Yogurt and Zucchini







1      cup plain organic full fat yogurt (Greek style is preferred)
1      tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1      small zucchini grated or finely 
        chopped
1      tablespoon walnut oil
1      tablespoon sunflower seeds
1/2   tablespoon dry mint 
1-2   tablespoons crumbled feta cheese.
Sea salt and pepper to taste






  • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
